What data we process
- Contact form: name, email, phone, optional WhatsApp reply preference, and message to handle your request.
- Trial session form: name, email, phone, optional WhatsApp reply preference, and preferred date/message.
- Cookies: storage of your cookie consent (raedbox-cookie-consent).
- Statistics (optional): Google Analytics only after consent.
- External media (optional): Eversports booking widget and YouTube embeds after consent.
Online shop (Shopify)
When you order goods via our online shop, we process personal data to fulfil the contract. Checkout may be handled via Shopify (Shopify International Ltd.).
- Order data: name, delivery and billing address, email, phone (if provided), ordered products, order value, payment status.
- Payment data: processed during checkout by the payment service provider used by Shopify (e.g. credit card, Shop Pay). We generally do not receive full payment card details.
- Shipping: transfer of data required for delivery to the shipping or logistics provider we use.
- Communication: emails regarding order confirmation, shipping, and customer service related to your order.
- Cookies/tracking in checkout: when you proceed to Shopify checkout, Shopify may set its own cookies and technologies for operation, fraud prevention, and – depending on configuration – analytics. Please refer to Shopify’s privacy policy for details.
Processing by Shopify as processor
We use Shopify as a service provider to operate the online shop and technically process orders. Shopify processes personal data on our behalf (processor) where this is necessary to provide the shop, process orders, payments, and shipping.

We have a data processing agreement (DPA) with Shopify pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Shopify may also process data in third countries; appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses) are provided.
