This privacy policy is the canonical privacy document for the website, studio/course operations (including Eversports bookings), and the online shop of RAEDBOX GmbH. We process personal data only to the extent necessary – e.g. to handle contact and trial session requests, process online shop orders, and provide external services after consent.

What data we process
- Contact form: name, email, phone, optional WhatsApp reply preference, and message to handle your request.
- Trial session form: name, email, phone, optional WhatsApp reply preference, and preferred date/message.
- Cookies: storage of your cookie consent (raedbox-cookie-consent).
- Statistics (optional): Google Analytics only after consent.
- External media (optional): Eversports booking widget and YouTube embeds after consent.
- Instagram feed: public post metadata (image, caption, permalink, timestamp) via the Meta/Instagram Graph API for display on the homepage; no personal data of website visitors is required for this.
WhatsApp & Meta
We use WhatsApp to communicate with our studio and – where configured – for internal staff notifications when forms are submitted.
- Chat button / wa.me link: If you message us via WhatsApp, WhatsApp Ireland Limited / Meta Platforms’ terms and privacy policy apply. We receive the message content you send and your phone number.
- Optional reply preference in forms: If you select “Reply via WhatsApp”, we store and use your phone number to contact you preferably via WhatsApp (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR).
- Internal team notification: Form submissions may also be sent as a short notice to a studio WhatsApp number (without a visible chat for website visitors). This may use the WhatsApp Cloud API (Meta) or a comparable notification service.
Online shop (Shopify)
When you order goods via our online shop, we process personal data to fulfil the contract. Checkout may be handled via Shopify (Shopify International Ltd.). This website privacy policy is authoritative; Shopify policy pages in checkout should refer to this document.
- Order data: name, delivery and billing address, email, phone (if provided), ordered products, order value, payment status.
- Payment data: processed during checkout by the payment service provider used by Shopify (e.g. credit card, Shop Pay). We generally do not receive full payment card details.
- Shipping: transfer of data required for delivery to the shipping or logistics provider we use.
- Communication: emails regarding order confirmation, shipping, and customer service related to your order.
- Cookies/tracking in checkout: when you proceed to Shopify checkout, Shopify may set its own cookies and technologies for operation, fraud prevention, and – depending on configuration – analytics. Please refer to Shopify’s privacy policy for details.
Processing by Shopify as processor
We use Shopify as a service provider to operate the online shop and technically process orders. Shopify processes personal data on our behalf (processor) where this is necessary to provide the shop, process orders, payments, and shipping.

We have a data processing agreement (DPA) with Shopify pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Shopify may also process data in third countries; appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses) are provided.

External media services (Eversports schedule, YouTube) and Google Analytics start only after consent in the respective cookie category. The Instagram feed on the homepage is loaded server-side via the Meta/Instagram Graph API (public post data of the RAEDBOX account). Contact and trial session requests are sent to us by email; optionally also as an internal WhatsApp notification to our team. The Shopify-specific information above applies to the online shop.
