Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party nominated by you, who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.

If you ordered multiple goods in one order that are delivered separately, the period starts on the day you take possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (RAEDBOX GmbH, Friedhofstraße 4, 4020 Linz, Austria, email: office@raedbox.eu, phone: +43 660 49 60 211) of your decision to withdraw by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or post). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we received notice of your withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you provide evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exclusion or early expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to personal needs.

The right of withdrawal expires for contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

The right of withdrawal also expires for goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery, and for goods that can deteriorate quickly or whose expiry date would be exceeded quickly.
