OTM 15′:
1) 5-10x slow Push-ups @3“ down
2) Side Plank 30“left/30“right side
3) 15x Glute Bridge Sit-ups

EMOM: „Death by Anything“:
Choose 1 movement; Push-ups, Air Squats, Burpees or something else
Do 1 movement per minute at the top of every minute. Each minute adds an additional rep.
Go until you can’t complete the required reps in a minute
