Then, 2 Rounds of:
10x Push-Ups
1500m Run (120x alt. walking Lunges)
17x Squats
Cash-Out: 58x Burpees

With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work in the order written. Athlete must complete the buy-in of 58 second silence before moving on to 2 rounds of 10 Push-Ups, 1500m Run, and 17 Air Squats. To finish the workout, perform the buy-out of 58 Burpees.

Score is the time on the clock when the 58th Burpee is completed.
