A) 4 RFT:

8x Front Rack Lunges 50/35kg
8x Burpees
8x Pull-ups (* Bar Muscle-ups)

B) Once the 4 rounds are completed or 14′ went by, use the remaining time to find max weight of the following complex:
1x Hang Clean
2x Front Squats
