1) 5-10x slow Push-ups @3“ down
2) 30“ Side Plank/Side
3) 15x Glute Bridge Sit-ups

EMOM til Death: „Death by Anything“:
1x Exercise (+1)

Choose 1 movement: Push-ups, Air Squats, Burpees or something else.
Do 1 movement per minute at the top of every minute. Each minute adds an additional rep.
Go until you can’t complete the required reps in a minute.
